Hi! I am a first-generation college student fighting to reach the finish line of my education. Getting this far has not been easy. I have faced challenge after challenge—housing insecurity, financial aid issues, and academic setbacks—but through it all, I’ve remained determined not to give up on my dream.
I am currently attending Tuskegee University, and I have worked hard over the years to push forward despite the many obstacles that come with being a first-generation student. At times, I’ve felt like the system was against me. I’ve been placed on probation, struggled to get clear answers from financial services, and even had to figure out where I would live while trying to keep up with classes. Still, I refuse to quit.
Right now, the only thing standing between me and continuing my education is a $6,000 balance. Without paying this, I cannot register for my upcoming classes or move forward toward graduation. I’ve already come too far to turn back now, and I am asking for help to overcome this last hurdle.
Every donation, no matter the size, is more than just money—it is a lifeline, a chance for me to keep fighting for my degree, and a reminder that I am not alone in this journey. I am deeply grateful for any support you can give, whether through donations or sharing my story with others.
Thank you for believing in me and helping me push through to the next chapter of my life.
All donations will go directly toward covering my Fall Semester balance so that I can remain enrolled and have full access to the resources I need to succeed as a student.
Breakdown of Costs:
• Outstanding Balance: $6,000 (required to remain enrolled for the semester)
• Class Access: Tuition payment ensures I can attend and participate in courses.
• Books & Course Materials: Many are tied to my student account and can only be accessed once my balance is cleared.
• Campus Resources: Payment reinstates my student ID, which is required for:
• Library access
• Tutoring services
• Computer labs
• Academic advising and student support programs
Total Goal: $6,000
Your support goes directly toward keeping me in school this semester and giving me the tools I need to stay on track toward graduation.
