Help Joshua With Medical Expenses

Hi, my name is Lori Nelson. I am fundraising to help the Cates family with their son/grandson medical expenses . Joshua is the son of Doyle Cates(US Veteran) and the grandson of Deloris Sue Cates. He has an upcoming liver transplant conference and testing that will last for 3 days. Although they have medical insurance, unfortunately- it will not be enough to cover the entire medical expense and lodging, as the family will have to stay in a hotel for the 3 days when the liver transplant conference is in progress. At the age of 3 months, Joshua was diagnosed with Alagille Syndrome, Pulmonary Atresia, Biliary Atresia, and EOE. He’s been in and out of the hospital all of his life and the family has always paid the uncovered medical expenses and for medication out of pocket.
