Help Us Build a Life-Saving Animal Quarantine & Treatment Room! ❤️
Hi friends and animal lovers,
We need your help to transform a dusty old barn room into a critical life-saving space for the animals who need us most.
Sierra Overlook Animal Rescue (SOAR) recently moved to a beautiful new property that will become our long-term sanctuary home. We’re so excited to grow—but with growth comes big responsibilities.
One of our top priorities is to build a dedicated quarantine and treatment room inside the barn—a safe, secure, clean space to care for sick, injured, or newly rescued animals.
Right now, the room is just an empty shell: concrete floors, exposed framing, and plenty of spiders. With your help, we can turn it into a proper veterinary-style space with:
✅ Insulated, washable walls and ceilings
✅ Sealed, easy-to-clean floors
✅ Safe lighting and electrical outlets
✅ Exam table and medical supplies
✅ Emergency kennels for holding animals in crisis
This quarantine room isn’t just a “nice-to-have.” It’s essential for:
Preventing disease spread among rescue animals
Safely isolating sick or vulnerable animals on intake
Providing urgent treatment for injuries, infections, and emergencies
❤️ Giving every animal a real chance at a healthy new life
We estimate the renovation will cost between $3,000 and $6,000 (or more if we can fully outfit it with professional-grade kennels and equipment). Every dollar raised will go directly to materials, supplies, and the safe build-out of this vital space.
Your gift helps us save lives in the most direct way possible. Together we can make sure no rescue animal goes without the care they need when they arrive at our sanctuary.
Please donate if you can—and share this campaign with friends who care about animal welfare.
From the bottom of our hearts (and paws): THANK YOU.
Your support means the world to us, and to every animal who will find hope and healing in our care.
