Sookie’s Surgery

A lot of you know Sookie was attacked by our former neighbor’s dog and she suffered a badly broken elbow. The neighbor refused to take any responsibility for the situation. We will be taking legal action but in the meantime we need help. 

We waited 12 long weeks to see if Sookie could heal without surgery. Unfortunately, she couldn’t. We’ve been told without the surgery her elbow will still be broken. She’ll have a permanent limp and pain, drastically diminishing her mobility and quality of life. This surgery would completely get her back in action.

Anyone lucky enough to have met Sookie knows she’s the most incrediblely loving and happy dog. She lives to give kisses. She’s everyone’s best friend.

We’re not the type to ask for help but this year has been tough of all of us. Any little bit will help us get our girl happy and moving again.
