HELP DANNY BEAT CANCER

Dear Family,

Thank you for taking a minute to read this update about Danny Snodgrass. You are receiving this message because you are a part of the enormous extended family that Danny Snodgrass has cultivated and curated over the years. He's the not-so-common, common denominator that has connected us all. For more years than we can count Danny has provided us all with phenomenal dance parties, unforgettable friendships, beautiful smiles, huge hugs, countless costume changes, and immeasurable amounts of love.

Danny has been battling melanoma (skin cancer) for nearly 2 years now. Those tumors metastasized into Stage IV cancer, spreading into other vulnerable areas of his body, including his lungs.  The tumors in his chest have been limiting his oxygen intake and thus his ability to breathe.  A life-long student of naturopathic medicine, Danny has been putting up an incredible fight alongside the UCSF medical team.   New treatments have afforded much new hope, but resources are nearly depleted and he needs help to refuel what's working.

It goes without saying that Danny needs--and deserves--the support of this extended family as he faces this incredible challenge. For once, the boundless light and love that he has always directed outward, needs to be reflected back with the support of all of you. Though he would never ask--and he hasn't--it's time for us to join him in this fight.

Maybe you are connected to the amazing Snodgrass family and their circle of loved ones. Maybe you are part of his nearest and dearest. Maybe you’ve been to the infamous and exquisite all day birthday Brunch extravaganza. Possibly you've been to one of his many fabulous and funky Dance parties or shaken your booty and clapped your hands to one of his DJ sets. Maybe you are part of his Burning man, Electroluxx, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington, Texas, New York, Argentina, European, or international family.

Whatever the reason is, you are receiving this because you are connected to one of these amazing circles…So as Danny would say, “fabulous, meet fabulous.”

He has spent a lifetime sharing love, uniting people, and giving support to others. Now he deserves the enormous amount of love and support from family in return.
