Long road of recovery

On Saturday March 23rd my brother Peter McCartney and his girl friend Ashley Leonard were in a horrific accident.  Seat belts on Peter was driving in his lane 55ish mph as a car came across the median and into their lane hitting them head on creating the impact of around 120 mph combined speed.  In the passenger seat, Ashley was pinned in and had to be removed from the vechile by emergency response and had suffered from a broken pelvic bone in five places shattered shoulder, broken tibia and brain contusions.  Ashley and Peter received an ultrasound for thier 9 1/2 week baby the day prior to the accident and we have learned unfortunately that the baby did not survive the crash. Peter was able to crawl from the vehicle banged up.  He suffered from a shattered hand and life threatening internal bleeding.  During his emergency surgery they removed his appendix and performed a lower bowel resection to eliminate the bleeding. Doctors are hopeful for a recovery that they say could take more than a years time.   ...I'm asking for any help. Medical expenses have piled up as it is impossible for them to care for themselves in thier current condition. Donations and prayers are welcome and much appreciated.  Thank you in advance.
