Donna Fowler Memorial

Donna Fowler passed away on Aug 24th, 2015.  I am one of her 5 children, Rudy R Garcia.  This page is being established to help my father overcome significant debts they have incurred through the helping of family over the years and the recent medical bills.  I have been named as the power of attorney for their finiancial affairs and we are asking friends and family that are able, to share whatever financial donation they can make to help in the endeavor of getting my father out of debt and helping him pull his life without her back together.
