Hi, my name is Caitlin and I'm starting this go fund me for a kidney transplant. A few months ago I had a sweet baby boy and unfortunately went into HELLP syndrome shortly after birth. This syndrome caused my kidneys to fail. I have been on dialysis for 3 months with the hopes that my injuries would recover and I would have enough kidney function to live without dialysis. Unfortunately acute kidney injuries only last so long before you are considered end stage kidney failure. It has unfortunately come time where I've been diagnosed with end stage kidney failure. I will need dialysis for the rest of my life or a kidney transplant.

Since I have dialysis 3 times a week and 2 boys at home, I cannot work full time. Bills have been piling up the past couple months and now it's looking like I will be out of work even longer. We would be using the funds to help with medical bills and gas for appointments and trips to the hospital.
