On Thursday, September 5th, four month old Baby Isabella Rosetta Talton  was tragically taken from her parents Amanda and Cardell. Isabella was a healthy and happy baby, lost due to child abuse and neglect at The Little People Child Development Center. Isabella was a Daddy’s girl, a Mother’s princess, and loved playing with her big brother.
