Hello, thank you for taking the time to read about our situation. My father, Pablo Hernandez, was racially profiled by ICE agents outside of his job on 2-16-26. They surrounded him before he was able to get out of his car. Forcing him to give them his ID and abducting him. The day he was taken, we were notified by a family member who saw him get taken. I tracked his location through Snapchat and arrived at where they were kidnapping more people. As we attempted to approach the agents for more information, they drove full speed towards us before slamming on the brakes and hitting us. We approached one of the agents, asking what the next step was. The ICE agent claimed he didn't work for ICE and sped off. After speaking to one more agent, he sent us to an agent who could help us. This agent said that approaching them the way we did could be taken as a threat. My father is currently being detained in Adelanto ICE Processing Center. We want to ask for anything you can offer to help us with his legal fees, and if all goes well, his bond payment.
