We are devastated to share that David Anderkavich passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2020. He was an amazing father, brother, son and best grandfather. His pride and joy are his two boys, David and Joey, and his granddaughter, Riley, who he loved so much and was so proud of. David has two daughter-in-laws, Callie and Kenzie, which he loved like his own daughters.
David has 8 brothers and sisters, Cathy, Deborah, Ruthie, Jeannette, Douglas, Gary, Keith, and Randy, which he was very close to. Dave also has countless nieces, nephews, and friends.
David worked for NBC's the Today Show for (20) years and was loved and will be missed by many. You were never a stranger around David. He would take everyone in and treat them as if they are family. He would give you the shirt off his back. He is our hero and is a giant to us. He leaves a huge hole in our heart's that we will never be able to fill.
We are heartbroken.
We love you with all of our heart, David.
