She builds the "Strategic Relationship Architecture," turning cold infrastructure into warm, human, centric partnerships and creative funding model, Freda James (V.P. of Safety Protocol) The Compliance Anchor.
She ensures that as we scale at Navy speed, we maintain the highest safety standards to protect our drivers and the public.

Transparency is our operational standard. Here is the breakdown of how your contributions will be deployed for our Mississippi Infrastructure Phase:
Land Acquisition: Securing 10 to 15 acres in a strategic Mississippi corridor with immediate interstate access to reach the entire Gulf Coast in hours.
The Fleet: Purchasing and outfitting specialized trucks (Reefers for food/medicine and Dry Vans for essential supplies) that are ruggedized for disaster zones.
Operational Readiness: Fuel reserves, satellite communication tech (to work when cell towers are down), and maintenance to keep the fleet "mission ready" 24/7/365.
The Hub Facility: Building a secure, climate controlled warehouse to pre-position food, water, and medical supplies before the storm hits.
