Hello all !
 We are starting this for our father, John Franco. He had been having heart issues for the past 20 years and progressively getting worse. He’s been in and out of the hospital many times for congestive heart failure and chest pains.   
Most recently it was discovered that his infraction rate, the amount of blood that passes through his left side of the heart, was extremely low. They gave him a few months to live, unless something was done.  June 10, 2016 an LVAD was installed in the left side of his heart. LVAD stands for Left Ventricular Articulation Device.  
 
 Now he is on the NY Heart Transplant list waiting for a donor heart.
This LVAD is only temporary and is called the, “Bridge to Transplant” Our father is now on the transplant list. He has many doctor bills from the LVAD now and with the transplant it will be overwhelming. We would greatly appreciate any kind of assistance. This will relieve some of the pressure for him.
