Our Story

My Nanay (mom), Alma, has been the cornerstone of our family for over 40 years. She’s a woman of unwavering faith in God, incredible strength, and endless devotion to her loved ones. Throughout her life, she has worked tirelessly to provide for our family, friends, relatives, and the church community, never asking for anything in return and always putting others before herself.

Recently, our world was turned upside down when Nanay was diagnosed with a rare case of mesothelioma. This devastating diagnosis came as a complete shock to our family.

The Challenge We’re Facing

Mesothelioma is an aggressive cancer that is affecting the lining of her lungs. The rarity of Nanay’s case means that treatment options are limited and extremely expensive.
