On August 22nd, my father 'Billy' William H. Phelps was hit by a car on Wedington in Fayetteville.
At the time, it was believed his injuries were non life threatening, however, after two weeks in the ICU, my father was unable to recover from this accident.
We ask if the community, as amazing as NWA can be, would be willing to help us lay him to rest after 45 long years on this earth.
Absolutely any donations towards his cremation would be an absolute blessing during this extremely difficult time.
