Hi everyone — my name is Lou aka your favourite security daddy, and I’m a transgender man. For as long as I can remember, I’ve known that I wasn’t living as my true self. Every day, I experience gender dysphoria , a deep sense of discomfort and distress because my body doesn’t align with who I really am.

Transitioning isn’t just about appearance for me; it’s about being able to live authentically and finally feel comfortable in my own skin. Unfortunately, accessing gender-affirming care through the public system can take years due to long waiting lists and limited funding.

That’s why I’m turning to this community for help. I’m raising funds to cover:

• Private hormone replacement therapy (HRT) — to begin testosterone treatment and take the first steps toward aligning my body with my identity.

• Top surgery (chest masculinization) — a life-changing procedure that would greatly reduce my dysphoria and allow me to live freely and confidently.
