Syrian Refugees in GA
After seeing the suffering of Syrian refugees around the world, I was shocked to learn Georgia's Governer has blocked all the aid for the Syrian Refugee family settling in the state of. Only a local church, Johnson Ferry Baptisht Church, is helping them. These poor Syrian refugees have been through a hellish war. They desperately need our support and kindness. Not our indifference and anger.
Refugees are allowed to enter to America after a long legal vetting process. These refugees are in America legally and Georgia's governer want them to starve. I want us Americans to help them and show them real American values. I want them to see real American hearts. They are humans first who are suffering and Syrian refugees after the fact. They have lost everything in the fire of war. They are strangers in a strange land. Lets be human again, lets be American again! Please donate and donate generously. We want to raise as much money possible. We are keeping our initial goal at $5000 but we want to donate much more than that. The money will go towards the basic needs of the family (rent, food, clothing). God Bless America!
