Eric’s road to recovery

Bonjour, nous sommes une communauté qui se rassemblent pour ramasser des fonds pour Eric Robichaud.

Pour ceux qui ne le savent pas, Eric a été victime d'un grave accident de voiture samedi soir, tôt dimanche matin. Il roulait en direction de Miramichi lorsqu'un orignal a emprunté sa voie et il n'a pas eu le temps de réagir. L'orignal a endommagé sa voiture et laisser Eric avec de grave blessures.

Éric souffre de graves blessures aux vertebres c6, c5 et c7

Éric a subi une intervention chirurgicale de 6 heures pour réparer son cou (vis, broches et plaques).

En raison de ces blessures et de l'enflure, Eric ne ressent plus rien du thorax jusqu'aux pieds. Les médecins sont optimistes quant au retour de ses sensations après une longue hospitalisation et une réadaptation.

Éric aime passer du temps avec sa famille et ses amis.

Éric est passionné de hockey et de chasse.

Hi we are a community of many coming together to raise money for Eric Robichaud.

For those of you who don’t know, Eric was in a severe car accident late Saturday early Sunday morning, Eric was driving toward Miramichi when a moose took his lane and Eric had no time to react. The moose did a number to Eric’s car and Eric.

Eric has severe injuries to his c6 (completely shattered) along with fractures of c5 and c7

Eric underwent a 6 hour surgery to repair his neck (screws,pins,plates)

Because of these injuries and the swelling Eric cannot feel anything from the chest down, Doctors are optimistic that all feeling will come back with lengthy hospital stay and rehabilitation.

Eric enjoys spending time with Family & friends.

Eric has a passion for Hockey and Hunting.

We are asking that we come together as a community and help Eric get back on his feet and be home with his family & friends.
