Justice for Julius

Tax deductible
This tragic story is about a cat who is now named Julius who was found by a Good Samaritan on S.8th St & 16th Ave in Newark. Julius was found in horrific condition. Miss Pat of Miss Pats Cats was called & she rushed to get Julius. She transported him to Dr. Negrin in Union to be evaluated & was told that his injuries was from firecrackers put in his mouth or chemical burns. Part of Julius' tongue was destroyed which prevented him from eating. He was in need of special treatment so Miss Pat transported him to All Gods Creatures Great & Small in Fairfield who was seen by Dr. Perez. After being examined by Dr. Perez Julius was found to be extremely dehydrated, had a broken jaw, one of his eyes was destroyed, 14 teeth needed to removed, also needed a feeding tube inserted but was not strong enough to have done right away. Dr. Perez put Julius on IV fluids to build him up to be strong enough to eventually be sedated to have further tests done & also be able to put feeding tube in. Julius has a long haul to recovery & will be hospitalized for at least a week if not longer. His vet bill is at $5000. News 12 NJ came to the Animal Hospital to interview Dr. Perez & Miss Pat to air Julius' horrific story in hopes someone saw something so that the horrible person who did this to him will be found & prosecuted. Julius needs your help. Please donate! Any amount would be appreciated & a blessing! Justice for Julius!
