Hi everyone my name is Venus, and on October 12th I will be running my first ever 10k (well trying too)

In order to help me through this milestone I will be running in aid of Cancer research, who have done a lot to help my family.

On May 30th 2019 I sadly lost my Papa Jim who sadly passed of cancer after a hard fought battle. Not living very close to him but being close in heart it was a big struggle.

And on December 15th 2024, I sadly lost my Nana Gail to a brain tumor after only being diagnosed with 8 weeks to live she battled on and lived for 3 years 8 months later.
