I am Brisa and need your help :)

Dear friends and fellow community members,

My name is Victoria (or maybe you know me as Brisa), an Argentinian girl living and loving Australia since last December.

Two weeks ago, I found myself in a difficult situation. I had to be hospitalized due to an unexpected medical emergency called ITP. I had been at the hospital for 5 days and then discharged to continue with the treatment at home. Unfortunately, this treatment is not responding as expected so I am waiting to recover a little and fly back to Argentina to start with other treatment (unaffordable for me here).

I've received a bill for $9.712 from the hospital and cannot afford to pay on my own. My travel insurance (Universal Assistance) doesn´t cover this treatment because inmune disease is out of the scope.

I believe that as a community we are here to support each other in times of need so I am asking for your support and generosity in helping me to pay off this medical bill. Every donation, no matter how small, will go a long way toward helping me.
