My granny, Debbie, has been through hell and back the last few years. After my grandpa’s sudden passing in March 2016, it has been a tough go for my grandma. Along with losing her husband and best friend of 30 years, she lost her source of income. After selling her home and most of grandpa’s possessions, she was still left with little to no money to survive. She’s 65 years old and had to try and find work again, but at her age it has been tough to get hired. 
On June 30th, Deb was headed down from the mountain when an animal jumped in front of her. She swerved to miss the animal and ended up flipping my grandpa’s truck 1.5 times, landing on its top where some kind strangers lifted the truck off of her and pulled her to safety. She suffered multiple injuries that left her in the ICU in critical condition. While she is recovering by the hour, the extensive medical treatment is adding up. She has no savings to pay for the extended stay and her source of already little income (the reupholstering work she was doing) is gone. 
Any little thing to help my grandma get back on her feet is helpful. Even if you have nothing to give, prayers for her recovery are the first step. Thank you all so much for the love and support you’ve already showed.
