Last night was the best and worst of both worlds. Winning a big race and losing the car that we worked so hard to build. My dad, Chris Davis the one we love so much is ok but very sore and will be fine thank god. At the end of his pass He hit the parachute levers and the cable broke which caused the parachutes not to open. He couldn't stop in time and now all that we have worked for is lost, with a big race coming up next weekend and plenty in the future, we might not make it out for the rest of the season. Our car is totaled but you never know. I have a feeling that a lot of people will come together and make things happen for him again. We have the most amazing family!
