My Brother Vertebral Column Surgery

Hello, my name is Yessenia.  My   30 years old brother Rogelio had a car accident last Saturday, the ambulance took him to the State Hospital in the city of Hermosillo Sonora Mexico. He was diagnosed with 3 fractured vertebras, which rendered him totally paralyzed  from his waist down. Doctors said that he would never be able to walk again.  My brother needs a spinal surgery so that he can be able to sit on a wheel chair. The cost of the surgery is expected to be about $20,000
