Shouldn't everyone be able to be heard before court judgements are made? This is to support a mom of a young daughter that did not have that chance, but we can help her have that chance. I have been at most of the court dates the past few years and I have been floored that this is our legal system.

This all started because she exhausted all her finances and had maxed out all available credit trying to keep custody of her child over the past six+ years. After paying out tens of thousands, she was out of money and her representation wanted $8,000 additionally to appear in court with her. She couldn't pay and went unrepresented and lost all custody at that hearing. At a recent hearing in November they have once again taken all her custody away (being unrepresented) and she cannot even see her young daughter. This has become a dire, emergency situation. She needs new representation to get this all sorted out and call out on all injustices she has experienced. If anyone is able to contribute even small amounts to help this mom be heard (through legal representation), it would be so appreciated.
