I have set up this fundraiser for my friend Jackie Brant who is one of the most loving and self-serving women I know. She has a heart of gold and a couple of weeks ago was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer.

Jackie has been a certified ISR instructor for over 15 years and has taught these life saving self-rescue swim lessons to hundreds of kids over the years. She has also been a major supporter of Live Like Jake and has attended/volunteered at nearly every single event they have hosted over the past 6 years.

Because of her diagnosis and upcoming surgery on 9/22 she stopped taking new swim students weeks ago. She is currently finishing up her remaining students and preparing for her Lumpectomy. She will then need to follow up with several rounds of radiation leaving her out of the water for months with absolutely no income coming in.
