Helping A Puppy That Cant Walk

I'm trying to raise money to operate his little back legs. I picked him up from a lady and never care explained to me that he had trouble walking. At first I thought it was normal but now 7 weeks old I see that he can't bend his legs. I have taken him to a vet and did X-rays and vet told me he was born with no hip bone knuckle so he can't bend his little legs. I'm just need help to raise money and give his ability to be able to walk again and. make him the happiest puppy he deserves to be. Even tho he is like that I still love him and that won't ever change. He's my pride and joy like my own kid! I will never give up on him
