Jacob's top surgery

Hiya I'm Jacob & I'm raising money to help cover the cost of my top surgery.

This is a gender-affirming procedure that I've been looking forward to for the LONGEST time (NHS waitlists, eh?) to finally feel comfortable in my own skin. This is such a huge step in my transition and as excited as I am, the financial side is tough. The actual surgery costs, time off work to recover & heal, and extra bits that come with it (travel, supplies etc.) make it really hard to manage alone.
