My name is Jade, and I’m the daughter of Anthony Scott. My dad passed away on Wednesday, August 6th, from cardiac arrest after a long and difficult battle with COPD. He fought with incredible strength, but his body could no longer keep up with the struggle.

I am now responsible for arranging all of his final arrangements and asking for donations . Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference and help give my dad the respectful farewell he deserves.
