It breaks my heart to be starting one of these but here it goes, My name is Nicole Tomczak and my brother Jason Martin was just recently diagnosed with Lymphoblastic Leukemia, this is a very aggressive cancer of blood and bone marrow. He has just started doing chemo for it at the UW Health Madison Hospital. He has already had some procedures done to determine the cancer and lots of blood work. He has a long road ahead of him. He will be in and out of the hospital for some time, and off from work an indefinite amount of time. He's a full time employee at Inpro Corporation in Muskego since November of 2014, he also has been on the Burlington Fire Department for about 18 years. He was Company 2 Secretary for about 7 years and also Fire Fighter/EMT for about a year and a half, and also still active with the City of Burlington Fire Department. Jason has good insurance however the out of pocket expense for the treatment is going to exceed what Jason is going to be able to handle. The second part of Jason's treatment will not allow him to work for roughly 6 months. Please if you can help in any way, donate whatever you can, anything is appreciated. Jason has such a big heart and breaks mine and our parents hearts he is going through this. Please help us help him in this tough time. Please keep him in your prayers.
