Welcome to Strawberry Fields Campaign!

First of all, thankyou for clicking this link and engaging with our crowdfunder. We need your help funding "Strawberry Fields." Five years after "Trigger" we are looking to tell a very ambitious story about morality. In a time where we see the devastation of war and what a human can do to another human on our screens everyday, we ask the question how far is a person willing to go in the pursuit of what they deem is truth and justice? As long as you believe you are a patriot, does the end always justify the means and if we all believe that, are we prepared to abandon our principles in order to defend them?

Tagline: "Uncovering the truth demands more than strength—it requires breaking the mind. "

Synopsis:
"Strawberry Fields"is a high-stakes psychological thriller, where two CIA agents are tasked with breaking Abu Abbas, a suspected high-ranking terrorist believed to hold critical information about imminent attacks on the US and UK. As the agents employ extreme interrogation techniques, they navigate the thin line between duty and morality. What unfolds is a tense game of wills, deception, and desperation, where the truth remains elusive and the cost of failure is catastrophic.

The film opens with Abbas being transported under heavy sensory deprivation and quickly transitions to the intense and brutal interrogation led by the seasoned and aggressive Brady and the seemingly timid, but highly intelligent rookie O’Connell. As the interrogation progresses Abbas reveals conflicting information casting doubt on his guilt and the reliability of their intelligence. The agents face moral and ethical dilemmas, questioning their methods and the integrity of their mission. The climax reveals Abbas’s confession, but the authenticity of his statements remains ambiguous, leaving the agents and the audience questioning the true cost of their pursuit for justice.

Challenges on the Project:

Filmmaking innately comes with risk, but we are assembling an
incredible team and we are taking as much action as possible to
moderate these risks on this project. We have some invaluable mentors
that we can lean upon, who are willing to advise and guide us during
the project. We have budgeted this short film to be as low-cost and
as cost effective as possible and we are confident that we can bring
“Strawberry Fields” to life on budget.
Budget limitations are one of the many obstacles of the indie film
industry. If we are unable to reach our target, we will sadly have to
scale back on crew and post-production areas to the detriment of the
story telling of the film.

We just want to say a massive THANK YOU! If you are in a position to donate whatever you can to the project thankyou and as Tesco says "Every Little helps". If not, please share the page on your social media that would help us so much.

Many Thanks!

From everyone involved with "Strawberry Fields".
