Oliver's Road to Recovery

Oliver has been in the hospital since 1/22/22 recovering from a bowel perforation. He had surgery on 1/26/22 to remove the damaged tissue and infection. They removed 20cm of his large bowel and 8cm of his small bowel. They we able to reconnect the small bowel but not able to connect the large bowel and has a temporary colostomy for 3-6 months. With the infection and swelling they were not able to close him up after surgery. He has a long recovery ahead of him over the next couple of months with a second surgery for reconstruction following. Oliver is a father of 4 and the only source of income for his family. He will be out of work for aprox 6-8 weeks as he heals. Please keep him in your prayers. We post updates as they are available.
