Help us so we don't become homeless

Hi, my husband, pets and I are in danger of becoming homeless. Our landlord has sold the building we live in and all occupants must leave by the end of next month. We are in our 60's, in bad health, have no money and nowhere to go. My husband is paralyzed and I have a hernia that prevents me from being able to lift anything. My husband has been in hospitals and nursing homes for the past three months and his condition has worsened. We're trying to get enough money for rent, deposit and moving. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading this. We really need help.
