Hey guys! Soooooo my hearing aids have decided they do not want to live anymore. To replace them is over 5grand after the government assistance and my benefits. I've been applying for every possible emergency assistance I can find, but I do not qualify for any of them as they are mostly for people who are on OW or ODSP. I guess an expense like this always pops up at the worst time. I even looked into selling my car and they'll only give me $500 for it so that is out.

It has been 3 weeks that I have been trying to do my job and just function as a human being. It is extremely frustrating and difficult, not just for me, but for my patients, co-workers, and anyone I come into contact every day with that are unaware of my disability.

I know everyone is tight for money, but if it is within your means to do so, please, any amount would be greatly appreciated so that I can hear again!
