Hi, my name is Teresa, and I’m trying to help relieve some financial stress for my sister Haylee as she heals. At the end of January, she was unexpectedly life flighted to Seattle for emergency brain surgery. She had infection in her brain which they had to remove her skull to clean out. She is in MT recovering but has medical expenses that are piling up as well as travel expenses because insurance requires that she travel to WA to get things fixed. Her insurance is also denying necessary MRI’s that she needs so that they can be sure there is no infection left before they put a plate back in her head to replace her infected skull. Without insurance helping, we are trying to get her some financial help so she can worry about healing and not worry about all the expenses she is having to deal with.

Here’s a picture of her without her skull. They will have to shave her head again and put some kind of prosthetic in because the doctors are worried her real skull may have infection also.
