Coco Bear’s Cancer Battle
Hello everybody!
Firstly, thank you for taking the time to visit this page and read through our story.
On a very sad note, last week my family found out our puppy has cancer. We have seen a specialist who advised that radiation is our only option.
Coco Bear has a chemodectoma which is a rare tumour. Unfortunately, it cannot be removed surgically due to its placement around the jugular and other vital arteries.
We are very fortunate that it has been slow growing, but without radiation it will only continue to grow until it eventually blocks off her airway / oesophagus causing her to have breathing and eating problems. This will lead us to a heartbreaking situation that I cannot bring myself to write down.
The cost of radiation is ten thousand dollars.
I know everyone is facing their own battles and finances are especially tight during COVID-19 uncertainties, but absolutely anything will help.
I don’t often ask for help but if anyone is able to donate anything to help get Coco’s treatment, I will be eternally grateful.
We may not be able to get the full amount but I can’t stress enough that absolutely anything will help us.
Coco Bear is the sunshine of our family. She has been by our side through everything and now it is time for us to help her.
Thank you again for your love and support ❤️
Love, the Drozdek Family
