Gypsy was a perfectly healthy Jindo/Siberian Husky mix who was rescued from the Korean meat farms. She's only 5 years young and has been my entire heart from the day I got her. She's been through everything with me, from devastating breakups to beautiful mountain adventures. She's been my rock, my whole reason for living. She's pushed me to be a better person and taught me what it means to truly love.
Out of the blue, what seemed to be abdominal discomfort, has turned into her complete lack of ability to use her hind legs.
(Update: she had a herniated disc, still don't know how it happened, as she just sleeps when I'm not home)
She went from a spunky, energetic, sweet angle baby to a paralyzed ball of sadness.
She has a very good chance of recovering mobility with surgery, but said surgery will cost a minimum of $14,000.
(Update: I was able to put the full cost on a credit card but all of that is coming due in late December)
Regardless of the help I recieve here, I will put everything I have into making sure she recovers, but it will literally be everything I have to my name.
It would mean the world to me if you could donate anything you can afford to helping me cover her surgery costs (even if it's just $1).
I'm a full time student and only have the opportunity to work very minimum hours, but am willing to give everything I have in order to save my sweet babys life.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
& if you can't donate anything financially, please at least keep her in your prayers
