BLUES SINGER GYPSY FEELING BLUE...IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO?

Hi, my name is Karin Bird and I am putting together a fund raiser for our friend, long-time local blues musician Gypsy. If you have been around the Bay Area for some time you have heard him play. He was involved in a rollover car accident on the afternoon of February 8th. He is lucky to be alive. The first week was spent in the hospital, and he is currently in a rehab facility. We have been trying to get his car out of the yard it was towed to but have been unable to do so without him. Fees are accruing even though the car is toast. When he gets out, he will need to pay the tow yard and either fix his car or get another one. He depends on his car to make a living. It is all he has to get to gigs. He has been entertaining us for years; let's help him when he really needs it. Thank you.
