I’m starting this GoFundMe for my sister, Emily. If you know Emily, you know she’s the kind of person who shows up for others without hesitation and never asks for much in return. Right now, she’s the one who could really use a helping hand.

Recently, Emily’s car completely broke down. After having it looked at, it became clear that the repairs would cost more than the car is worth, leaving her without reliable transportation. This has made it incredibly hard for her to get to work, handle daily responsibilities, and stay independent.

A dependable car isn’t a luxury for Emily—it’s a necessity. She relies on it to earn a living and manage everyday life, and starting over with a replacement vehicle is a financial burden she simply can’t handle on her own right now.
