Carlos De Jesus is organizing this fundraiser to benefit Tailwaters On the Fly Inc.  
We take a deserving combat Veteran who suffers from Post traumatic stress (PTS) and Traumatic brain injury (TBI) on a dream fly fishing trip where we help mentor and provide an opportunity for them to share what life is like outside the military.
