Dear Parents,

It is with heavy hearts that we write to inform you that Ms. Jeanine’s son James has lost his battle with cancer. James was a TLE graduate and would have been celebrating his 20th birthday next month. We ask that at this time you keep the Adam family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate through what seems like an insurmountable loss.

You can use this platform to help the family with any outstanding medical bills as well as funeral costs. P

Update (11/11/2020): Unfortunately Jeanine just found out that James’ has a new tumor growth and this time it is in both his lungs. He is going to go through surgery this Thursday, 11/12/2020 and Jeanine will need to take some time out after for the surgery and for the aftercare.  We will post more information and an update after the surgery. In the meanwhile, we would appreciate any support that you can provide to Jeanine and her family.

Update: Thank you to all our families and friends for all your support and donations, they have greatly benefitted Jeanine's family.

James had his surgery on October 16th and they were able to remove the tumor without amputation. Now he continues to go for chemotherapy which will go on for at least a year.

Jeanine's medical expenses are overwhelming and we appreciate your continued support on her journey.

Please help support our dear teacher, Jeanine Adam as she goes through the journey of bone cancer treatment for her son – James Adam.

James was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in his arm during the month of July 2019. Osteosarcoma is a type of cancer that produces immature bone. It is the most common type of cancer that arises in bones, and it is usually found at the end of long bones, often around the knee. 

James is undergoing cancer treatment (chemo) and may possibly require surgery.

These funds will help offset cancer treatment including chemo, medication, surgery and any other treatments that health insurance doesn't cover. Sometimes we just need a little help from our friends!
