I am Devon Bennett and I am doing this fundraiser for my niece Jaheima Corinthian. She is 14 years old and currently in second form at Meadowbrook High School and is part of their cheerleading team. The cheer team, having won all their regional competitions in Jamaica, have (once again) earned the opportunity to compete at the International World's Cheerleading Competition taking place in February 2026 in Orlando, Florida. Earlier this year, the team competed and came in fifth place out of 85 countries from all over the world. As they prepare to defend and better their 2025 stand, we are kindly seeking your support. Jaheima is very excited to be an integral part of this team representing Jamaica through her school but does not have the financial means to make the trip. Any contribution will be greatly appreciated in making this trip for her a reality. Our target is $5000 which will go towards air travel, accommodation, transportation and food for the two weeks that the team will be in Florida. Parents (aka Cheer Moms) are allowed on the trip to assist and provide moral support for the girls and so we are hoping that donations will assist in covering her mom also. Any contribution, big or small will go a long way in helping us reach our goal as we proudly represent Meadowbrook High School/ Jamaica on the international stage.
