FOH(hip) Surgery for Charlie

Charlie was rescued a few months back from an RV living with 10 other dogs, in SoHum. We are full and low on funding, but when her and all her unaltered siblings showed up to our free Vaccine clinic, she wasn’t putting any weight on her leg. All of her other siblings are now altered and a few found homes. We were told that she had been picked on by the other dogs, because she was smallest. We couldn’t leave Charlie there, so we took her into our rescue. Her leg/hip did not get better with pain meds. Her foster family took her in to get X-rays and she needs FOH surgery as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the vet said that her injury didn’t heal correctly due to neglect and poor nutrition. We will post her X-rays and her FOH estimate. She is scheduled to be fixed and get hip surgery on 06/21/2023.
