Hey Everyone,
As many of you know Poway Martial Arts recently celebrated 37 years in business! Over the decades the business has grown and evolved to meet the needs of our student base. Through the pandemic we, like many businesses, faced very real hardship and since we are a small family business - the struggle was real - as they say. We're happy to announce that business is looking up and we have welcomed lots of new smiling faces and greeted many old friendly ones as well. We are so grateful to you all!
It's now time for us to make some important and necessary changes and upgrades to our facility and fully recover from last years shutdowns so that we can continue to offer the best training at Poway's finest martial arts school. We thought it best to reach out directly to you - our students, gym members, friends, and family for support. After all these years, it is clear: Poway Martial Arts is not only the Barker family, but also YOU are Poway Martial Arts. Collectively, it has been all of our (occasional) blood, (lots of) sweat, and tears (of joy) that has allowed this place to inspire, challenge, and change lives for the better; ours included.
We ask that you make any donation you can give to help support our gofundme remodel and recovery campaign. We seek to upgrade and modernize our facility! We'll be knocking down walls and building new ones! New flooring and paint are also on the list. While you watch our transformation unfold in the coming months, you'll feel proud that you helped make it happen!
