Gwyndyn and Jonathan Emergency Fund

It's been one helluva month.

We found out that our taxes went to the wrong state, so instead of receiving a refund that would allow Gwyn to get much needed dental work, we will receive nothing.

This morning, Jonathan was abruptly informed that his company is going under, and that he and all other employees are now without jobs. After nearly 10 years of work for this company, and building his department from the ground up, he's left with nothing. No severance, no warning, no notice.

We currently have $235 in our checking account, and half the money for the mortgage payment in our savings account.

We have credit card bills due in 3 days.

Jonathan is applying for emergency unemployment, and calling recruiters. But we need funds now to cover expenses until we get our feet back on solid ground.
