I am reaching out during a challenging period for my family. My dear sister, Jessica, has recently been diagnosed with lymphoma. Initially, Jessica experienced symptoms resembling allergies, accompanied by night sweats. Several months ago, we noticed swelling in her nose, which later led to difficulty breathing. After an urgent care visit, she was treated for a sinus infection; however, following her course of antibiotics, further evaluation by an ENT specialist revealed a polyp in her sinus cavity. A subsequent biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of lymphoma.

At this time, Jessica requires a bone marrow procedure. Both her ENT and oncologist have provided compassionate and timely care, even though she does not have medical insurance. We have been informed that her cancer is highly treatable, but the treatment is very expensive. After the initial procedure, the estimated cost for her treatment is a little over $8,000 every three weeks.
