Emma is 18 months she is a gorgeous little girl facing very hard times. She has brain cancer. Her family has been through more than any family should endure in a lifetime. Emma needs a life saving operation that can only be performed overseas. We are desperate to raise enough funds to get Emma and her family overseas to get the necessary treatment and care!
