Hello! My name is Sophie and I am a gnc nonbinary person living in Austin seeking chest masculinization surgery. Recently started on low-dose hrt.

Dysphoria is something that disrupts my everyday life. The ongoing constant disconnection between mind and body has caused me to enter dissociated states, extreme emotional unrest, and daily exhaustion throughout my life. This has only increased in the past years along with the weight of putting off this procedure as to not disappoint my loved ones.

I’m currently struggling to keep any amount of savings under me with my current employment of 6 years. Advocating for myself, my identity and my pay rate has left me hopeless in terms of getting to my goal. The upside of this is that I do have paid time off for the weeks I’ll need to recover. I humbly ask for your generosity, any shares would be so deeply appreciated. This truly has felt like an impossible goal for the longest time and I am so grateful for any amount of support. If in the case that my goal is somehow met and I am left with extra funds/ am refunded any amount it will be donated to a charity in direct support of trans lives.
