Let's be honest; school has been rough the last few years. Even here at 'Wash'. From remote learning, masks on masks off, to our teacher's messed up payroll debacle - resilience can only go so far. Alas, we've come together, we've done our best and now as the holiday season is upon us we once again look ahead to what's next.

The PTSA is excited to launch Red, White & You - GWHS Annual Fund 2022-23! The PTSA Board with input from the administration, students, teachers & families, have identified four key funding areas for this year:

It goes without saying - even in San Francisco - public school budgets run way short of funding everything our kids need. With over 2000 students and 1500 families our goal to raise $50,000 is possible. If we can can raise $25 per student - we will easily reach our goal. Yes that is the ask only $25 per student. But of course if you can - please give more and if your company offers a matching program, that is icing on the cake!

'Red, White & You' will run through February and we will update the community along the way.
