Suddenly, but after a lifelong battle with various complications Gwendolyn Marie Craigen passed away on Tuesday April 5th, at just 27 months old. Her parents Tamara and Jeff, and dad James, along with countless friends, family and community members are mourning this tragic loss.

Gwen spent much of her life as a patient as SickKids, being born at 28 weeks.

Gwendolyn was a warrior who fought her battles hard, her mother Tamara and family have experienced a lifetime of pain and trauma advocating for her health.

With the heaviest heart we are asking for donations toward funeral and memorial expenses for Gwen. And to relieve the financial burden for this loving and deserving family, in this terrible time.
